I have an experience of 4 years of teaching. I have taught 3 students. One was from Mastermind and the other 2 was from William Carey International School. I first go through my students class lectures and make a summary of it then teach him/her . And if he or she faces problem I revise them and then take a small quiz based on their learnings. If required I provide them extra work to do by themselves regarding the topic so their problems are solved. I also take a weekly test to know about their learnings and ongoing process so no other problems are faced later.
