For Tutors

In the event a confirmed tuition job is canceled after paying the 'Confirmation Fee' advance, you will receive a refund based on our 'Return Policy'. To qualify for a refund of your paid platform charge, there must be a valid reason for discontinuing the tuition job. Cancellation by a guardian/student for specific reasons is eligible for a refund. If our investigation finds the discontinuation was due to your error, you will not be eligible for a refund. You must notify us within 48 hours of job cancellation. Our team will review your discontinuation reason and process a refund at our discretion. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees charged to you.

For Parents/Students

For Parents/Students who made online payments in advance of tuition. To qualify for a refund of your paid tuition, there must be a valid reason for discontinuing the tuition job. Cancellation by a guardian/student for specific reasons is eligible for a refund. If our investigation finds the discontinuation was due to your error, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Processing

You can contact our customer support team to initiate the refund process.

Once your refund request is received, we will review it to determine if it meets our refund criteria. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
