Having worked in Scholastica as teacher taught me what being educator truly means. I believe being an educator isn't only limited to delivering academic lessons. Being a teacher also means, you have to be their friend, guardian, therapist, motivator. You truly do get to play a lot of roles. And, it's also important to understand the fact that every child and learner is different. As a teacher, I always will validate their emotions and needs.
