I started teaching students as soon as I received my O levels. I make every effort to comprehend each student's learning style and adapt my instruction accordingly. From my previous experiences, I have discovered that it is quite helpful to understand each student's motivation and areas of interest in order to tailor instruction to suit each student's unique learning style. In order to help the students understand lectures, I make an effort to be as approachable as possible and cultivate positive teacher-student relationship.
