Though I am new to teaching, I strongly believe that every newcomer deserves a chance to gain experience. After all, every experienced and well known teacher was once a newcomer just like me . I believe that effective teaching requires a delicate balance between strictness and leniency. Students tend to understand better when a tutor is both friendly and aware of their individual strengths and weaknesses, creating an environment where they aren’t afraid of their studies. My goal is to inspire a genuine love for learning, rather than simply promoting sole memorisation. As a student myself, I understand how important it is for learners to develop a natural interest in a subject, and I will do my best to nurture that growth in each of my students.
