Personally, I prioritize my student to achieve the greatest marks they possibly can. Anytime they feel demotivated, I will make sure that they have the needed energy to complete their work. Not only do I help them when I am physically available towards them, but if they do need any additional help, I will always reply back to them with the needed resources. I tale tests just before the exams, and make sure they have enough knowledge to ace their exams. I make sure that they practice their lackings until it's satisfactory on the paper of their institution or board. And I also give back feedbacks to their guardians on any of the students lacking so that they can keep an eye on them, so do I. I always prioritizes the guardians feedback of their child/ren, so that I can pinpoint their lackings and improve it.
