I have taught 3 different students from 3 different english medium schools, each in grades 1,2 and 3 respectively. My current student is in grade 3 and is getting promoted to grade 4. She has shown major signs of improvement after my tutoring sessions. My tutoring style is interactive. I like to encourage my students to ask questions and think critically. To build confidence and for better understanding i try to explain difficult topics both visually and auditorily. Moreover, i focus on student's strengths and weaknesses to personalize lessons according to their needs. I also try to maintain slightly strict yet welcoming atmosphere in class.
