I am that kind of a tutor who wants his student to learn rather than memorizing and pasting it in the exams. I believe that studying can be fun if the student can learn it in a fun way. I dont pressurise students because it wont do any good for them in the fuure because in the end there will be loads of pressure in the future. I can be strict when needed and also be so much liberal. I was also a student who didnt want to study but right now I understand the value. Also I realized one thing that our parents dont teach us how to study, they always say study hard study more but they didnt teach us how to study efficiently. I try to teach that knowledge with my students. Thank You for reading!
