📄 Eudika Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Eudika platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms given your access to and use of Eudika.com, including all services provided by Eudika Technologies Ltd.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any revised terms. You will be informed of major updates via our official social media or the platform itself.

🔁 Eudika is a Marketplace

Eudika is an online marketplace that connects guardians/students with tutors. We facilitate the matching process but are not responsible for the quality of tutoring, the behavior of any user, or the results of tuition sessions. All users are responsible for their own actions and safety.

🧒 Membership Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Eudika. Minors may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria.

✅ Tutor Verification & Responsibilities

All tutors who confirm a tuition must undergo verification through official documents and/or an Eudika-administered process.

You are expected to:

  • Provide valid academic documentation when requested
  • Act professionally with students and guardians
  • Respect the terms agreed upon in any tuition engagement
  • Never share false or misleading information
💸 Commission & Fees

Tutors are required to pay a platform commission ranging from 55% to 80% of the first confirmed tuition salary. The commission amount depends on factors such as:

  • Online or offline tuition type
  • Location of tuition (home/teacher's place)
  • Demand and exclusivity of the job

Tutors are not charged for second-month salaries and beyond, unless the job is renewed under a new agreement.

🏠 Teaching at Tutor's Own Place

Tutors offering tuition at their own location ("Learn at Teacher's Place") must ensure:

  • The place is safe, clean, and appropriate for learning
  • There is no risk to the student's safety
  • Students are not pressured to attend at the tutor's home
  • Guardians are fully aware and agree to the arrangement

Eudika is not responsible for what happens at the tutor's location. Tutors and guardians must mutually agree and proceed at their own discretion and risk.

⚠️ Legal & Safety Disclaimer

Eudika is not liable for any physical, emotional, legal, or financial harm caused by users of the platform. All users — tutors, students, and guardians — must take full responsibility for their safety, communication, and interaction. This includes:

  • In-person meeting safety
  • Background checks (beyond our verification)
  • Handling tuition payments appropriately

Use of our services means you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eudika Technologies Ltd. from any claim or liability arising from your actions or interactions.

🧾 Subscription & Verification Disclaimer

Paying for a subscription, verification, or premium profile feature does not guarantee tuition. These features significantly increase visibility and chances of selection, but selection ultimately depends on the tutor's suitability and user preferences.

🔒 Anti-Bypass Policy

Any attempt to bypass the Eudika platform after a match has been made — including but not limited to:

  • Asking parents to pay outside the platform to avoid commission
  • Directly communicating to avoid platform fees
  • Encouraging guardians to cancel and rehire privately

...will result in permanent account suspension, loss of verification status, and possible legal action. This includes both tutors and guardians found guilty of such actions.

⛔ Reasons for Tutor Account Ban

Tutors may be suspended or permanently banned for the following:

  • Dishonesty or providing fake information
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Repeated no-shows or class cancellations
  • Failing to pay commission after job confirmation
  • Attempting to bypass platform payment systems
  • Receiving consistent negative feedback from clients
  • Violating any clause in these Terms of Use
🛡️ Liability Limit

Eudika is a technology-based connector and cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free services. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of tuition jobs
  • Disputes between users
  • Platform outages or downtime
📩 Notifications & Messages

Eudika may send you SMS, email, or PUSH notifications regarding your account, job matches, tutor requests, and other updates.

📄 Privacy Policy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.

✅ Final Acknowledgement

By using Eudika, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for reading and understanding them. Violations may result in legal action, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
