I have been tutoring for a bit of students at my school. Other than that I am currently a student myself. My ways of teaching are effective - as I use real life scenario with many different strategies of teaching. Other than that, making sure I can connect with the student is key for the betterment of his performance. As words say "Academics are a lethal weapon!" - this is what I'd bring into him. Looking into it, for all the excel of academics he has - he would be rewarded.
