I am an articulate qualified personal who is able to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds or varying degrees of ability. Currently working as a Senior High School Biology Teacher at HURDCO International School. My educational background as an M.B.B.S doctor and my experience of working with teams or with individuals add extra value and expertise. Knowledge can be exchanged where there is a good sense of understanding and trust, hence I build rapport with pupils, by sharing my own experiences and listening to theirs for effective delivery. I was praised by my previous employers for my ability to stay calm in adverse situations, seeking feedback for improvement and strong work ethics. I believe what makes a good teacher, great, is not infinite wisdom or boundless knowledge but his/her will of being an active learner and hence I still get perplexed by this question and I am still in the process of learning.
